This policy explains what data the Title Shot app and the titleshot.app website collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: the game works without an account, we don't show ads, we don't track you and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Title Shot is developed by an independent developer based in Spain, who is responsible for your data. Contact for anything related to privacy: privacidad@titleshot.app.
Launch notifications
If you leave your email on titleshot.app to be told when the game launches, we store that email, the language of the website and the date. We use it only to send you news about the launch, through our email provider. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe in one click, and you can also ask us to delete it at any time. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
Data stored only on your device
Your careers, saved games, settings and the fighter database are stored on your phone. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
Data we store if you create an account
An account is optional and only needed for online modes (such as online 1v1 and other online features). If you create one, we store:

Technical data
Our servers run on Cloudflare. Like any web service, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the service and protect it against abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the app or on this website.
Who we share data with
Only with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts our servers and database, and with our email provider (Resend) to deliver launch notifications, both acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to privacidad@titleshot.app from the email of your account. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).

Children
Online accounts are not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, ask a parent or guardian before creating one.
Fighter data
The game includes professional fighters' names and public sports records (fight results, weight classes, nationality) taken from public sources, used only to simulate their careers in the game.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Important changes will also be announced in the app.

Esta política explica qué datos recogen la app Title Shot y la web titleshot.app, para qué y qué puedes hacer al respecto. En resumen: el juego funciona sin cuenta, no mostramos anuncios, no te rastreamos y nunca vendemos tus datos.
Quiénes somos
Title Shot lo desarrolla un desarrollador independiente con sede en España, que es el responsable de tus datos. Contacto para cualquier tema de privacidad: privacidad@titleshot.app.
Avisos del lanzamiento
Si dejas tu correo en titleshot.app para que te avisemos cuando salga el juego, guardamos ese correo, el idioma de la web y la fecha. Solo lo usamos para enviarte novedades del lanzamiento, a través de nuestro proveedor de correo. Todos los correos llevan un enlace para darte de baja con un clic, y también puedes pedirnos que lo borremos cuando quieras. Base legal: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a del RGPD).
Datos que solo se guardan en tu dispositivo
Tus carreras, partidas guardadas, ajustes y la base de peleadores se guardan en tu móvil. No nos llegan. Si desinstalas la app o borras sus datos, se eliminan.
Datos que guardamos si creas una cuenta
La cuenta es opcional y solo hace falta para los modos online (como el 1v1 online y otras funciones online). Si la creas, guardamos:

Tratamos estos datos para darte el servicio que pides al crear la cuenta (ejecución de un contrato, art. 6.1.b del RGPD).
Datos técnicos
Nuestros servidores funcionan en Cloudflare. Como cualquier servicio web, Cloudflare trata datos técnicos como tu dirección IP para prestar el servicio y protegerlo de abusos. No usamos herramientas de analítica, publicidad ni rastreo en la app ni en esta web.
Con quién compartimos los datos
Solo con Cloudflare, Inc., que aloja nuestros servidores y base de datos, y con nuestro proveedor de correo (Resend) para enviar los avisos del lanzamiento, ambos por cuenta nuestra con un contrato de encargo de tratamiento. No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con nadie más.
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Los datos de la cuenta se guardan mientras exista. Cuando borras tu cuenta, los eliminamos en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
Tus derechos
Puedes acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, exportarlos o borrarlos, y oponerte a su tratamiento o limitarlo. Escribe a privacidad@titleshot.app desde el correo de tu cuenta. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Menores
Las cuentas online no están pensadas para menores de 14 años. Si tienes menos de 14, pide permiso a tu padre, madre o tutor antes de crear una.
Datos de los peleadores
El juego incluye nombres de peleadores profesionales y sus datos deportivos públicos (resultados, categorías de peso, nacionalidad), obtenidos de fuentes públicas y usados solo para simular sus carreras en el juego.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de arriba. Los cambios importantes también se avisarán en la app.

Annonce de la sortie
Si tu laisses ton e-mail sur titleshot.app pour être prévenu de la sortie du jeu, nous conservons cet e-mail, la langue du site et la date. Nous l’utilisons uniquement pour t’envoyer des nouvelles de la sortie, via notre prestataire d’e-mail. Chaque e-mail contient un lien de désinscription en un clic, et tu peux aussi nous demander de le supprimer à tout moment. Base légale : ton consentement (art. 6.1.a du RGPD).
Données conservées uniquement sur ton appareil
Tes carrières, parties sauvegardées, réglages et la base de combattants sont stockés sur ton téléphone. Ils ne nous sont pas envoyés. Désinstaller l’application ou effacer ses données les supprime.
Données que nous conservons si tu crées un compte
Le compte est facultatif et n’est nécessaire que pour les modes en ligne (comme le 1v1 en ligne et d’autres fonctions en ligne). Si tu en crées un, nous conservons :

Données techniques
Nos serveurs fonctionnent sur Cloudflare. Comme tout service web, Cloudflare traite des données techniques telles que ton adresse IP pour fournir le service et le protéger contre les abus. Nous n’utilisons aucun outil d’analyse, de publicité ou de pistage dans l’application ni sur ce site.
Avec qui nous partageons les données
Uniquement avec Cloudflare, Inc., qui héberge nos serveurs et notre base de données, et avec notre prestataire d’e-mail (Resend) pour envoyer les annonces de sortie, tous deux agissant pour notre compte dans le cadre d’un accord de sous-traitance. Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons tes données avec personne d’autre.
Durée de conservation
Les données du compte sont conservées tant que le compte existe. Quand tu supprimes ton compte, nous les effaçons dans un délai de 30 jours.
Tes droits
Tu peux accéder à tes données, les rectifier, les exporter ou les supprimer, et t’opposer à leur traitement ou le limiter. Écris à privacidad@titleshot.app depuis l’e-mail de ton compte. Tu peux aussi porter plainte auprès de l’autorité espagnole de protection des données (aepd.es).

Mineurs
Les comptes en ligne ne sont pas destinés aux moins de 14 ans. Si tu as moins de 14 ans, demande l’autorisation d’un parent ou d’un tuteur avant d’en créer un.
Données des combattants
Le jeu contient les noms de combattants professionnels et leurs données sportives publiques (résultats, catégories de poids, nationalité), issues de sources publiques et utilisées uniquement pour simuler leur carrière dans le jeu.
Modifications
Si cette politique change, nous mettrons à jour cette page et la date ci-dessus. Les changements importants seront aussi annoncés dans l’application.

Benachrichtigung zum Start
Wenn du auf titleshot.app deine E-Mail hinterlässt, um zum Start des Spiels benachrichtigt zu werden, speichern wir diese E-Mail, die Sprache der Website und das Datum. Wir nutzen sie ausschließlich, um dir über unseren E-Mail-Dienstleister Neuigkeiten zum Start zu schicken. Jede E-Mail enthält einen Link zur Abmeldung mit einem Klick, und du kannst uns jederzeit bitten, sie zu löschen. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
Daten, die nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert werden
Deine Karrieren, Spielstände, Einstellungen und die Kämpferdatenbank werden auf deinem Handy gespeichert. Sie werden nicht an uns gesendet. Wenn du die App deinstallierst oder ihre Daten löschst, sind sie weg.
Daten, die wir speichern, wenn du ein Konto erstellst
Ein Konto ist freiwillig und nur für die Online-Modi nötig (etwa das Online-1v1 und andere Online-Funktionen). Wenn du eins erstellst, speichern wir:

Wir verarbeiten diese Daten, um den Dienst zu erbringen, den du mit der Kontoerstellung anforderst (Vertragserfüllung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Technische Daten
Unsere Server laufen bei Cloudflare. Wie jeder Webdienst verarbeitet Cloudflare technische Daten wie deine IP-Adresse, um den Dienst bereitzustellen und vor Missbrauch zu schützen. Wir nutzen weder in der App noch auf dieser Website Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Tools.
Mit wem wir Daten teilen
Nur mit Cloudflare, Inc., das unsere Server und Datenbank hostet, und mit unserem E-Mail-Dienstleister (Resend) für die Benachrichtigungen zum Start – beide in unserem Auftrag auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags. Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht und geben sie an niemanden sonst weiter.
Wie lange wir sie aufbewahren
Kontodaten werden aufbewahrt, solange dein Konto besteht. Wenn du dein Konto löschst, löschen wir sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Deine Rechte
Du kannst Auskunft über deine Daten verlangen, sie berichtigen, exportieren oder löschen lassen und der Verarbeitung widersprechen oder sie einschränken. Schreib an privacidad@titleshot.app von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos. Du kannst dich auch bei der spanischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren (aepd.es).

Kinder
Online-Konten sind nicht für Kinder unter 14 Jahren gedacht. Wenn du unter 14 bist, frag vorher deine Eltern oder deinen Vormund.
Kämpferdaten
Das Spiel enthält Namen von Profikämpfern und ihre öffentlichen Sportdaten (Kampfergebnisse, Gewichtsklassen, Nationalität) aus öffentlichen Quellen, die nur genutzt werden, um ihre Karrieren im Spiel zu simulieren.
Änderungen
Wenn sich diese Erklärung ändert, aktualisieren wir diese Seite und das Datum oben. Wichtige Änderungen kündigen wir außerdem in der App an.

Le tue carriere, i salvataggi, le impostazioni e il database dei lottatori sono salvati sul tuo telefono. Non ci vengono inviati. Disinstallando l’app o cancellandone i dati vengono eliminati.

Minori
Gli account online non sono pensati per chi ha meno di 14 anni. Se hai meno di 14 anni, chiedi a un genitore o tutore prima di crearne uno.
Dati dei lottatori
Il gioco include i nomi di lottatori professionisti e i loro dati sportivi pubblici (risultati, categorie di peso, nazionalità), presi da fonti pubbliche e usati solo per simulare la loro carriera nel gioco.
Modifiche
Se questa informativa cambia, aggiorneremo questa pagina e la data qui sopra. Le modifiche importanti saranno annunciate anche nell’app.

Уведомление о запуске
Если ты оставишь свой e-mail на titleshot.app, чтобы узнать о выходе игры, мы сохраним этот адрес, язык сайта и дату. Мы используем его только для новостей о запуске и отправляем их через нашего почтового провайдера. В каждом письме есть ссылка для отписки в один клик, а ещё ты можешь в любой момент попросить нас удалить адрес. Правовое основание: твоё согласие (ст. 6.1.a GDPR).

Технические данные
Наши серверы работают на Cloudflare. Как и любой веб-сервис, Cloudflare обрабатывает технические данные, например твой IP-адрес, чтобы предоставлять сервис и защищать его от злоупотреблений. Мы не используем инструменты аналитики, рекламы или отслеживания ни в приложении, ни на этом сайте.
С кем мы делимся данными
Только с Cloudflare, Inc., где размещены наши серверы и база данных, и с нашим почтовым провайдером (Resend) для рассылки уведомлений о запуске — оба действуют от нашего имени по договору об обработке данных. Мы не продаём твои данные и ни с кем больше ими не делимся.
Как долго мы их храним
Данные аккаунта хранятся, пока он существует. Когда ты удаляешь аккаунт, мы стираем их в течение 30 дней.
Твои права
Ты можешь получить доступ к своим данным, исправить, выгрузить или удалить их, а также возразить против их обработки или ограничить её. Напиши на privacidad@titleshot.app с адреса своего аккаунта. Также можно подать жалобу в испанское агентство по защите данных (aepd.es).

Дети
Онлайн-аккаунты не предназначены для детей младше 14 лет. Если тебе меньше 14, спроси разрешения у родителя или опекуна, прежде чем создавать аккаунт.
Данные о бойцах
Игра содержит имена профессиональных бойцов и их общедоступные спортивные данные (результаты боёв, весовые категории, гражданство) из открытых источников. Они используются только для симуляции их карьеры в игре.
Изменения
Если эта политика изменится, мы обновим эту страницу и дату выше. О важных изменениях также сообщим в приложении.
